Bought an iMac
Well on Saturday I went ahead and ordered myself an iMac. I got the 24 inch model, all stock except for the video card upgrade. I got the confirmation email sent to me today.
It says 2-4 days for them to ship it, then I think it said up to 10 for it to actually arrive. Floris says that I’ll probably be waiting like a month. I hope the “2-4 days” is actually 2, and the “up to 10″ is actually 1 
Floris asked me to take pictures of everything from the box it comes in to the iMac itself — and being the geek I am, I will oblige 
I’ll post them up when I finally get it.
Also while I’m here I thought I should mention I plan to open up a dev blog on devlog.outershift.com (don’t check, nothing there yet). I will use that blog to post more technical articles and code snippets that I’ve been wanting to publish (for example, Tyler asked about passwords and salts the other day — something I wish to write about in a bit more detail then I did on WMT). So keep an eye out for that if you have any interest.
